Unique Applications
Many manufacturers use instruction card sets, window decals, static cling labels, floor graphics, encapsulated / domed labels, thermal die-cut decals and related products to promote or support the products they manufacture. We produce an ever growing variety of these products, using silkscreen, flexographic, offset and other printing processes.
Encapsulated Labels: (sometimes called "domed" labels and "lenses") are screen printed labels that have a thick clear polyurethane covering, usually about 60 mils in thickness. The encapsulated parts have an attractive 3 dimensional appearance, and are very durable. They offer UV, Abrasion & Solvent Resistance and are an affordable alternative to Injection-molded Plastic or Metal Nameplates.
Floor Graphics: Increase internal communication and satisfy regulatory demands with graphic floor signage. Communicate with customers and provide visual cues to your production teams about traffic flow, social distancing, product flow, quality management policies, and mission / vision statements & logos. Our Floor Graphics are specially engineered and planned for your specific needs, and include engineering for durability and selected adhesives for specific floor surfaces.
Static Clings: Our plasticized vinyl facestock is given a high static charge, allowing it to cling to smooth, clean surfaces (such as glass, metal, or plastic). They are easy to apply and can be simply removed and repositioned with no adhesive mess. Static cling labels are an economical and great way to market your product or services.
Shields & Insulators: Our engineers design and build unique combinations of materials to achieve the required dielectric properties (in the case of insulators) or the proper levels of EMI/RFI protection (in the case of shields). We employ a broad range of materials in pursuit of these unique requirements, including aluminum, copper, Valox®, Ultem®, and Nomex®.
